The proposed development consists of the construction of a14.2m2 extension to the rear of the existing property, a 30m2 attic conversion including a dormer window to the rear of the existing pitched roof, a new window to the side elevation at attic level, the relocation of the front door to the front elevation with associated alterations to the existing front and side elevations, and associated internal alterations in relation to the above.

Permission to demolish the existing conservatory to the rear and construct a new single-storey dining room extension of similar footprint in its place, incorporating velux roof lights and associated alterations.

Permission for: Demolition of existing garage; and 2 no. chimneys to side. Construction of: 2-storey extension to side and rear; raise section of garden wall to front / side garden; changes to first floor windows to rear elevation; widen existing vehicular entrance; and all associated landscape and drainage works at 13 Merlyn Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.

Planning permission for the removal of the existing single storey extension at the rear and for its replacemnt with a new single storey extension comprising of a family room and dining area. Permission is also sought for a new bedroom with ancillary accommodation in the existing attic space with a new north east facing dormer window at the rear and a new skylight over the proposed WC and the extended staircase.
