The development will consist of the demolition of the existing single storey extension and chimney to the rear and the construction of a two storey extension at ground and first floor levels to the rear of the existing 2 storey terraced dwelling, replacement of windows, entrance door and restoration of brick to the front elevation and all associated drainage and site works.

Modifications to previously approved development reg ref 3047/20 (conversion of former medical consultancy to provide 4 one bedroom apartments) comprising the relocation of the bin store to the opposite end of the ground floor apartment, Unit 1 to facilitate outfall manholes; the consequent reconfiguration of the living room, bedroom, hall and front entrance door on to Rehoboth Road of Unit 1; consequent modifications to the ground floor elevation of Unit 1 facing Rehoboth Road.
