Construction of a two storey extension to the rear of existing terraced house, demolition of coal shed wall on east boundary, internal alterations and associated site works

PERMISSION: For works consisting of alterations to the existing vehicular entrance. Vehicular entrance to be adjusted to ensure it is entirely within the curtilage of No. 63 Tyrconnell Park, the width to be increased to 3.5M wide, new entrance piers and all associated alterations, siteworks and ancillary works.

The proposed works will consist of the demolition of the existing single storey side garage & garden walls. The construction of a new two storey, two-bedroom end terrace house; with connection to existing utilities, landscaping, and car parking; all with associated site works.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of: Creating vehicular access no greater than 2.6 metres wide to the front of 5 Granite Terrace, Inchicore, Dublin D08 EFY6 a protected structure. Removal of grass and flower bed. Reinstatement of lawn with reinforced grass paving. Removal of modern front wall, replace with stone pillars and wall with granite capping to complement and enhance the existing house.
