PROTECTED STRUCTURE: 1. Permission to complete development authorised and commenced under planning permission No. 3514/18 but not completed due to funding delays, including: demolition of an existing single storey extension and construction a new single storey extension. 2. Retention of certain changes to approved design already built, including: omission of triangular fanlight over door to store building, and new steps, ramp layout, railings and gate to entrance court. 3. Permission to vary the remainder of the scout hall extension yet to be completed in certain ways, namely: construction of door to the rear of new extension and installation of solar panels to the rear roof of main building. 4. Associated site works.

For attic conversion to use as study/storage space, replacing 2 No. existing roof windows with 2 No. larger roof windows to the front roof at attic level of 3 Church Park Court, Mount Argus Road, D6WFX36.

Planning Permission is sought by Willoway Nursing Home Ltd. for the installation of new ancillary escape stairs to south west (side) elevation of original building and associated site works.

Permission for additions and alterations to include the construction of a covered fire escape staircase from first floor to ground level to the rear of the property and associated alterations to rear elevations of the property to include incidental and ancillary works.
