The works comprise the construction of a first-floor rear extension positioned directly above the existing single-storey extension. The new addition will provide two new bedrooms. Planning permission for: (1) Change of use of existing attic to storage/home office use; (2) Dormer window to the rear roof plane; (3) Rooflight to the front roof plane and all associated site works.

Planning Permission is sought for bay window on the front of the house and a second floor expansion over the existing single storey extension on the rear of the existing dwelling with ancillary site work.
