Retention of material alterations to existing garage, internal and external alterations and additions and all associated site works.

The development will consist of alterations of the front boundary wall to form a vehicular access driveway to the front garden with associated site development works.

PERMISSION: The proposed development consists of Permission for partial demolition and alteration of existing boundary wall and fencing onto the south boundary along Seamus Ennis Road to facilitate the construction of 1 No new pedestrian access/entrance gate onto the footpath along Seamus Ennis Road, which will provide pedestrian access to a new ramped access route and a new stepped route to the main entrance to the building providing building regulation compliant access for persons attending the building, the works include alteration and reinstatement of existing south boundary wall and fence and internal guarding and wall structures to facilitate construction of ramps and steps and permeable asphalt surface for SUDS drainage, and all associated site works necessary to complete the works.

Attic conversion, with new dormer type window to rear, velux rooflights to front, with internal modifications and associated site works.

Conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure, new access stairs, 2no. roof windows to the front and flat roof dormer to the rear.

The development will consist/consists of: (i) the construction of a new two storey, 9 no. classroom standalone extension (1122m2), (ii) the construction of a new single storey extension consisting of a 2 no. Class base Special Educational Needs facility and ancillary accommodation (486m2), (iii) a proposed extension to the existing ground floor staff room (32.50m2), (iv) installation of 24 no. PV panels to SEN extension roof and 45 no. PV panels to 2 storey extension roof, (v) removal of 2 no. temporary classrooms adjacent to existing small school building and removal of 6 no. temporary classrooms adjacent to existing main school building, (vi) demolition of 2 no existing playground shelters, (vii) installation of 110 no. proposed bicycle stands with shelters, (viii) proposed new boundary fencing to west site boundary and associated site works including removing of existing fencing, (ix) installation of new signage to south elevation of proposed 2 storey extension, (x) including all associated site works.
