1) partly demolition of existing garage 2) first floor single storey side extension 3) 2 storey rear extension 4) single storey ground floor rear extension 5) removal of existing garage door replaced with new window 6) removal of existing piers and part of existing front boundary wall 7) new driveway entrance consisting of a new piers including a new crossover path verge with dished kerbs all along with the associated site works.

Demolition of walls and single storey to rear and new 2 storey extension to the rear, single storey extension to North side and rear of house, new windows to South side gable, replacement windows, and associated site works.

The proposed works will consist of A) the demolition of shed structures at rear of the property; B) the construction of a new single storey extension at the rear of the property, and C) the construction of a new porch at the front of the property, and all associated site works.

Planning permission to construct: 1. 1st floor extension to front and rear of existing 1st floor extension. 2. To extend existing hipped roof over to gable and remove existing chimney stack to side. 3. Single story extension at ground floor to rear, and all associated site works.
