RETENTION: Permission for as constructed attic conversion with dormer to rear.

Planning permission is being sought for (i) the demolition of an existing single story extension to the rear of the building. (ii) and the construction of a two storey extension to the rear of the dwelling, the conversion of the attic space to include a dormer window and raising the existing ridgeline by 250mm and incorporating 2no. velux type roof lights to the front elevation, and all associated site works.

RETENTION & PERMISSION: Retention of attic conversion with rear dormer and for alterations to rear dormer, including reduction of height of dormer below ridge line at 12A Joy Street, Ringsend, Dublin 4.

The development will consist of the construction of 3 no. velux type roof windows to the front of the main roof, minor modifications to elevations of rear first floor dormer window as previously permitted under Reg.Ref: WEB1757/20 and all associated site works.

Restoration and extension of an existing one bedroom single storey terraced dwelling. Works include raising the existing ridge level, construction of a two storey extension to the rear, a new dormer window to the front, relocation of brick chimney and all associated works.

The development will consist of the removal of the relocated brick chimney to the front of the main roof as approved under Reg.Ref: WEB1757/20 and all associated site works.
