PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Works to a Protected Structure consisting of the installation of 4 No. Roof Lights to the East and West of the existing single storey Kitchen roof to the rear at 16 Herbert Park, Dublin 4, D04 WW55.

The development will consist of the reconstruction of the existing rear dormer roof structure at the top floor with a wider dormer structure, which is a change to that permitted under reg.ref. WEB1432/21.

The development will consist of the demolition of the existing single-storey returns at the rear and side of a three-storey semi-detached house and the construction of new single storey flat roof extensions along the side and the rear c/w lantern rooflights, the extension of the porch roof over to the front door to cover a new side access door to the side passage with a covered area behind, a new Velux rooflight on the main front roof, the reconstruction of the existing rear dormer roof structure at the top floor with a wider dormer and a new domestic vehicular entrance off of the front road into a new parking area in the front garden.

Planning permission for the following: a) Demolition of existing 5 sqm rear extension. b) New 20 sqm ground floor rear extension. c) New 9 sqm first floor rear extension c) New 7 sqm ground floor front extension f) All associated/ancillary site development works.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of construction of a new single storey ancillary residential building to the rear of the back garden to be used for gym and recreational purposes (16.7 sqm) and all associated ancillary, conservation, landscaping and site development works.

The development consists of Demolition and removal of - existing single storey extension to rear. - mono-pitch glazed shelter along north boundary. - existing side gate. - existing chimney on 2-storey return. Construction of - new single storey extension containing kitchen and family room to rear (54sqm) with roof light and solar panels. - new enlarged dormer to rear roof (+2.6sqm). - new side gate in new location. - new trellis to front garden of house at boundary with 30 Herbert Park. - new roof light to front roof. Alterations to existing house to include - new external insulation to side and rear. - upgrading and remodelling of existing internal layout. - new windows, facade repairs and re-roofing (to match existing). - new hard and soft landscaping, new drainage and ancillary works to front and rear gardens. - alterations to existing front boundary wall and railings to provide for widening and automation of existing vehicular access gate.
