PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development, which will take place on a cumulative site area of 0.0267 Ha, will consist of: internal alterations to existing staff changing rooms at basement level (73 sq m); and the associated repurposing of a portion of the basement car park (including the omission of 5 No. car parking spaces) to provide additional staff changing facilities (194 sq m), including showers and toilets, 1 No. general maintenance room, 1 No. ancillary office; and all associated site and development works.

Planning permission for proposed alterations, extension and Change of use at 7 Baggot Street Lower, the proposed works will consist of a change of use of the existing offices areas to three apartments, comprising 2No. Two bedroom maisonettes and 1no one-bedroom apartment. Extension of the hallway at the ground floor to the rear courtyard. External terraces at the first floor and second floor within the central courtyard of the building. Internal alterations and modifications together with ancillary landscaping and site works at 7 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2 - D02 X922.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of the change of use from retail to use as an off-licence at ground floor and ancillary storage at basement level. Internal fit-out works will consist of the levelling of the existing ground floor, provision of internal universal access ramp and universal access toilet and all ancillary works. All the works to be carried out in accordance with best conservation practice and the Architectural Heritage Protection Guidelines for Planning Authorities (2011) and Advice Series issued by the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of a new shopfront at 11A Lower Baggot Street associated with the new retail fit out for a beauty salon use. The proposal also includes signage and related sundry associated minor works. The application relates to a Protected Structure.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission for a change of use at Ground Floor and Basement from a shop to a restaurant including internal alterations, extraction system and ancillary works.

RETENTION: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Retention of unauthorised attachment of advertising and advertising banners to the facade.
