PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission is sought for external conservation works to consist of repointing existing brickwork to front and side elevation and chimneys, repair and restoration works to the existing stone work to front and side facades and all ancillary works to facilitate the conservation works for the (protected structure ref. no.1957).

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: RETENTION: The development will consist of the retention of a 24sqm single storey garden room for ancillary uses to main house.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission is sought for works to 8 Clyde Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, a Protected Structure. Works include single storey extensions to the side and rear. Works to basement to treat damp and dry rot issues including removal of all affected timber, construction of a new insulated concrete lab and damp proofing of walls. Refurbishment of existing sash windows. Internal alterations including widening of existing openings, construction of new partition walls and relocation of a number of existing openings. Replace existing roof finish with reclaimed Welsh slate and new natural slate and fit additional rainwater goods. Repointing works to front facade to remove cement mortar to brickwork and replace with lime mortar new mechanical and electrical installation including underfloor heating to lower ground floor.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The works will consist of internal alterations to the lower ground floor plan. Works will include creating a number of new openings and blocking up a number of existing openings. New ground floor sub-floor with insulation and underfloor heating and altering an existing window to create a new side entrance. Trees and car spaces will be unaffected.

Alterations to approved Planning Permission (Reg. Ref. 4990/22) to include for alterations to the front boundary wall involving removal of redundant Gas meter, insertion of a pedestrian Entrance door alongside a rollershuttered Vehicular Entrance door to replace existing sliding Entrance Gate at 9D Clyde Lane, Dublin 4, D04 H9V0.

Alteration to approved Planning Permission (Reg. Ref. 4990/22) to include for alterations to the front boundary wall involving reduction of width of vehicular opening so that gate can clear opening providing increased effective opening, removal of Gas meter and the completion of render finish to wall beneath the permitted rendered capping.
