The development will consist of a single storey extension to the front of our two-storey terraced dwelling and a bay window, re-positioned door, roof window, replacement insulated flat roof with zinc fascia to the existing single storey rear extension and all associated ancillary site development works above and below ground.

Planning Permission is sought for an Attic conversion & attic extension creating non habitable attic storage space which includes a proposed dormer window to the rear, associated alterations to the Side & Rear elevations and all ancillary site works.

PERMISSION AND RETENTION PERMISSION is sought by Mr Ian McHugh for the removal of the existing front boundary wall and the construction of a new vehicular access. Planning Permission is also sought for the dishing of the existing public footpath to accommodate vehicular access and all associated site works.

The development will consist of a single storey extension to the front with tiled monopitch roof and pitched roof over porch and a single storey extension to the rear with 3 rooflights, internal reconfiguration and associated site works.

A second storey extension over a previously approved single storey extension to the side of existing dwelling.
