Planning permission for development consisting of the construction of a single storey extension to the rear of the existing part single storey, part two storey dwelling house, associated internal and external alterations to the existing dwelling house, site works and landscaping.

The development will consist of the construction of a flat roof dormer extension to the existing attic conversion, on the southern roof slope to the rear of the dwelling and all associated works to the above.

RETENTION: Retention permission of existing vehicular entrance at a private residential dwelling, including front boundary treatment.

The development will consist of single storey extension of semi-detached dwelling to the rear of the existing dwelling with sedum flat roof, and associated landscape works.

The development will consist of amendment to previously granted permission ref. no. WEB1300/19 of a semi-detached dwelling. Amendments include – changes from a single storey rear flat roof extension to a new pitched roof with 2no.velux rooflights, and elevational changes.

The proposed development will consist of demolition of existing rear extension and the construction of new single storey extension with rooflights to rear of existing dwelling and all associated site works.
