The proposed development incorporates the following amendments: (A) Amendments to the ground floor layout in Block 1 which provided for 4no. retail units, a concierge area Tenant Amenity Space and Communal Co-Working Space to provide for a Health Studio comprising 663sq.metres with associated facilities that will include for a reception area, café, a retail space, members lounge and a Medical Suite which will provide a health screening clinic. A co-working area (26sq.metres), residential concierge area (58sq. metres) are also to be provided at ground level along with a retail unit (83sq. metres). Associated façade changes are also proposed to the ground level of Block 1 as part of the provision of the Health Studio.
