Permission for revisions to previously approved dwelling (Reg Ref no. D09A/0275)

The development consists of conversion of the existing attic into a 23.3sqm bedroom suite with rear dormer extension, & 4 no rooflights to the front & side roof pitches inclusive as well as the widening of the existing driveway entrance to 3.5m. Works are to be concurrent with proposed exempted development works, including rear ground floor extension (9.6sqm) and installation of external wall installation, replacement fenestration and all associated site works.

Permission is sought for the conversion of attic to a study

Demolition of single storey ground floor porch structure to front (approx 2.0sqm), the construction of a single storey ground floor extension to front in its place (approx. 5.5sqm) and the construction of a single storey ground floor extension to the rear (approx 56sqm). The development will also include externally insulating the retained house (render finish), alterations to internal layouts, additional window opes and changes to selected existing window opes, proposed rooflights and all associated site works.
