(i) Change of use of the first and second floor levels of the property from commercial to residential use to provide 3 no. apartments (including 2 no. two-bedroom apartments, 1 no. at first and 1 no. at second floor level; and 1 no. one-bedroom apartment split across first and second floor levels).
