Extensive renovation and extension in height and width of the existing dormer window to the rear roof. New roof lights to the rear. New entrance door to the side. Alterations to the openings on all facades and external insulation to all facades. Enlargement of the vehicular entrance off Granville Park. All ancillary works and associated site works.
