The development will consist of: demolition of existing sheds to rear (4.8 Sq.m); construction of a two-storey extension to the side of the house (33.7 Sq.m) including the rebuilding and conversion of existing attached garage (16.2 Sq.m); Construction of part-single, part two-storey extension to rear (Ground Floor: 19.7 Sq.m. First Floor: 17.3 Sq.m); provision of an external insulated render system and associated finishes; alterations to the front elevation including a new covered porch area; provision of solar panels to the rear slope; provision of rooflights; widening of existing vehicular entrance to 3.5m, and associated works.

Permission for: 1. Demolition of two-storey dwelling Lynwood (250 sqm).

Development consisting of alterations to the existing Planning Permission Reference D24A/0008. The additional works will consist of extending part of the ground floor by 1m into the side (northwest), the construction of a further first floor extension to the front and side, associated façade and internal modifications, and the widening of the existing vehicular access to 3.5m. The development will include all associated ancillary works, landscaping and services.
