The development will consist of demolition of existing single-storey extension to the rear and construction of a single-storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling, amending the hip of the main house to a gable including alteration to front projecting roof over existing converted garage and chimney removal, the construction of two new dormer windows in the main roof to the rear, one rooflight in the main roof to the front and to the rear and all associated site works.
