Permission for the Retention of 482 sqm of replacement temporary primary

1) Construction of dormer first floor (to bedroom use) with attic conversion including: raise existing ridge height by extending line of front roof, build up of side gable to form dutch hip roof. Construct dormer window to rear roof. Construct dormer window and rooflight to front roof. New windows to side gable. 2) Construction of single storey extension to rear, consisting of living/kitchen use and storage shed.

Permission for development consisting of a new ground floor

1) Proposed change of use from existing garage (54sqm) to a habitable space ancillary to the main house to accommodate a WC, Gym, Playroom and home office, 2) Proposed alterations to fenestration to the north and south elevations of the existing garage building, 3) All associated site works.

Proposed 2 story extension to north elevation (36.7m²) & single story extension (27.1m²) to east/west elevation to existing 2 story end of terrace dwelling (78m²). Proposed removal/demolition of section of existing boundary wall for extent of single story extension to east/west, all together with associated site works and service connections necessary to complete the development.

Planning permission is sought for the proposal for the conversion of the existing attic space, with a flat-roof dormer roof on the rear (west-facing) pitch roof (facing Sheelin Walk), and 2 no. rooflights on the (east-facing) front pitched roof (facing Shanganagh Road). The works include the demolition of the existing chimney.
