Permission is sought to replace 3 no. existing velux rooflights with a dormer roof extension with 3 windows, minor alterations to internal layout of dwelling, new wc at first floor and 4 no. solar panels to the rear roof and associated works.

New window openings to front of existing house. New rooflights to existing house. Removal of existing 1no. chimney. Relocation of existing pedestrian entrance. Relocation and widening of existing vehicular entrance.
