Permission for a two storey detached house and new vehicle entrance

Permission for the following: Demolition of rear lean-to sunroom and chimney, removal of shed roof & partial walls to rear, demolition of partial front wall of house, porch roof and internal walls to accommodate the new layout to existing semi-detached two storey house with domestic garage on ground floor & shed to rear. Permission is sought to add a single storey mono pitched extension to the rear, to change the pitch on existing shed to mono pitched roof with a connecting mono pitched canopy between shed and proposed extension. Permission also sought for a single storey mono pitched extension to front of house. Minor adjustments to glazing on all elevations. Maintain connection to public sewerage and surface water and all ancillary site works.

Permission is sought for alterations to front of no. 12, comprising new porch, new bay window and first floor windows.

Permission is sought for A) Demolition of existing bungalow, existing garage and garden sheds, B) Construction of a new 5 bedroom dormer dwelling with single story return, dormer window and flush glaze rooflight to front (south) facing roof plane, screened balcony at first floor level on rear (north) facing roof plane, new detached garage and plant room to west side of site and all associated site works.

The development will consist of four detached dwellings, One 5-bedroom double-storey at 300m², and three 4-bedroom double-storey dwellings at 140m² each. The application also includes the demolition of an existing dwelling of 200m² on the site. The application includes all other associated site and ancillary works above and below ground.
