The removal of a single chimney stack to the gable. New first floor extension to accommodate 2 bedrooms over existing single storey element to the West side of existing 2 storey semi-detached dwelling. Extended pitched roof over to match existing. Amendments to fenestration. New rooflight to front/ South elevation at attic level. Extend existing front porch by 700mm to South. Widen existing vehicular gates by 0.5 meters. All associated demolitions, drainage and site works.

Permission for the following works: i) Proposed single story extension to rear of existing property ii) Aesthetic detailing to rear of property, internal modifications and associated site works.

Development consisting of alterations to the existing Planning Permission Reference D24A/0008. The additional works will consist of extending part of the ground floor by 1m into the side (northwest), the construction of a further first floor extension to the front and side, associated façade and internal modifications, and the widening of the existing vehicular access to 3.5m. The development will include all associated ancillary works, landscaping and services.

The construction of a single storey 34.6sqm extension to the rear at ground floor level, and 7.8sqm extension to the side at first floor level, raising of the roof and inclusion of new parapet wall to the previously converted garage structure, internal alterations and modifications and all associated site works.
