The development will consist of amendments to a previously approved planning application with planning reference D23A/0681. The amendments include 1. Changes to the roof profile over existing building 2. Changes to roof profile over existing ground floor extension 3. Bike rack to front 4. Changes to the as granted dormer to the rear 5. Omission of as granted first floor and roof extension.

Extension and refurbishment, the demolition of some external walls and part of the existing roof. We intend to erect a single storey extension to the rear of the property and an extension to the side of the property over the existing playroom and kitchen. Redesign the front entrance and main roof, convert the attic, add a dormer to the rear roof and widen the driveway.

The development will consist of modifications to the previously approved development (D25B/0047/WEB) to include an additional 3sqm to the 8sqm extension (11sqm total), minor modifications to the extension window and door openings, the redirecting of private drains to the front of the dwelling to join the public drain on the footpath, and all ancillary site work.
