1.The creation of a new 3.5m vehicular entrance, along with a 1m pedestrian gate. 2. Landscaping of 33% of the garden space, which is currently fully tarmacked. 3. The construction of a new boundary wall to reduce the current entrance width from 6.9m to accommodate the proposed changes.

Retention of development consisting of widening an existing vehicle entrance and all associated site works.

The development will consist of a new kitchen/dining/living room on ground floor and other alterations to existing internal layout together with all associated site works.
