Permission for demolition of the existing nursing home (c.951.5 sqm),

Permission for the development will consist of the construction of a new First Floor extension comprising of 28.0 sq. m. Reconfiguration Ground Floor to accommodate new stairs. New First Floor comprising of new Livingroom, office space and WC and associated roof terrace, Juliet balcony & fenestrations. New mono pitch roof over with a gross internal floor area of 115.4 sq. m. and all associated site works.

Demolition of gable wall and roof over. The construction of a new 2 storey extension comprising of 41.5sqm at ground floor and 68.7sqm on first floor. Reconfiguration of the ground floor comprising of new livingroom and bedroom and stairs with associated fenestration, new first floor comprising of new livingroom, bedroom and ensuite and associated roof terrace & fenestration. Reconfigured roof over existing living room with new roof light with a gross internal floor area 0f 110.2sqm and all associated site works.

Retention permission sought for changes made during construction, including; (i) existing access from existing rear door to the decking area at rear, (ii) 1 no. first floor window to front elevation (south facing elevation), (iii) addition of rooflight to left side elevation (west facing elevation), (iv) relocation of rooflight on right-side elevation (east facing elevation), (v) omission of first floor window on rear elevation (north facing elevation), (vi) omission of pedestrian entrance, previously granted permission under D01A/1212, and all associated site works.
