(excluding the proposed 2no. EV Charging Spaces and existing 2no. water/air service spaces). Development for which retention permission is sought consists of existing solar panels at roof level.
The development will consist of the construction of a dormer window in the attic level to the rear of the property, the construction of a rooflight in the main roof to the front of the house and the construction of a window in the attic gable.
