Permission for modifications and alterations to the existing dwelling

Modifications and alterations to the previously granted permission - D18A/0944: the development will consist of: (1) reducing the rear extension to single story with the demolition of existing rear sunroom (2) works to the front elevation include the demolition and construction of a new facade. (3) new window layout (4) all associated works

Permission for a new 3M wide vehicular access to the front

Permission to the rear to consist of a new detached two-storey, two-bedroom news house (c.74m2) and garage (c.12.6m2) plus landscaping and associated works.

Permission for the construction of a 32sqm single-storey, flat roofed extension to the side and rear, a single-storey zinc roofed canopy to ground floor facing the courtyard, and the lowering of the south-facing first floor windows with provision of French doors, and a new wall/roof window to the south aspect of the roof and reconfiguration of ground floor window openings facing the courtyard.

A cantilevered extension at the ground floor level and above the basement rear level of the existing return at the back and at the side of the rear return to comprise the enlargement of a single room in the rear return.
