Permission for the demolition of a front porch, relocation of the front door

Construction of 1 part single storey, part 2 storey, split level 4 bedroom detached residential dwelling, the relocation of the existing entrance to 'Elsemere' to provide a new shared entrance for 'Elsemere' and the proposed dwelling and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development including a proprietary effluent treatment system.

Alterations to the existing single storey detached house. Alterations to comprise of an attic conversion to provide new accomodation at first floor level, the construction of 2 no. new pitched roof dormers and a flat zinc clad dormer balcony to the front roof slope, 2 no. new flat roof zinc clad dormers to the rear roof slope, 2 no. new velux windows to the rear roof slope, modifications to the existing fenestration, plus associated internal alterations and site development.

Permission is sought for development of the existing dwelling to include the construction of a part single storey, part two storey extension to the side and rear; internal alterations; replacement and upgrading of the existing wastewater treatment system; alterations to the font vehicular and pedestrian entrance to include a new entrance gate and all associated site works, along with Retention permission for a single storey extension to the existing basement family flat.

Construction of a detached, 3-bed single storey bungalow on lands to the south of existing 2-storey, semi-detached house with access/egress from the public road via widened existing vehicular entrance and all on and off site development works.

Demolition of the existing 17.07sq.m single storey extension to the rear; construction of a 42.02sq.m single storey extension to the rear; alterations to the internal layout, front window and front door; provision of solar panels to the roof.
