Demolition of single storey extension and construction of a new part single storey, part two storey extension, all to rear of existing dwelling, internal alterations at ground, first and attic levels, external insulation to existing front & rear elevations, new external doors and windows, new rooflights to front & rear of existing roof and to proposed extensions and installation of PV panels to front roof plane. All along with associated landscaping and site works.

Retention permission sought for: (a) At first floor; (i) increased floor area of existing 2 no. bedroom and 1 no. bathroom, (ii) with addition of ensuite. (b) External changes, to include; (iii) changes to roof profile, (iv) addition of flat-roof dormer along rear south elevation, (v) increased size of existing roof light to rear(south), (vi) addition of windows on south elevation, (xii) attached boiler room to front, (vii) addition of solar panels to rear south elevation, (viii) roof over bay window replaced with walls to underside of roof. (ix) With connection to existing onsite services, and all associated site works.

Permission for modifications to front of property, namely: A. Bay window feature

Retain change of use from original garage use to habitable unit at the rear.
