Permission is sought for a single storey extension to the rear of existin

The development will consist of converting the attic space of the single storey dwelling to an attic room with a bathroom. This involves provision of a dormer window on the front and rear of the existing pitched roof. Access is provided via a spiral stair in the downstairs cloakroom.

Planning permission for development will consist of the demolition of existing single-storey garage roof. Construction of new two-storey front/side flat roof extension, conversion of existing garage at ground floor level, incorporating new office and boiler room. First floor comprising of new master bedroom and en-suite. Alteration to existing front door entrance, new window into new utility room at the side of existing dwelling, minor internal alterations to ground and first floor levels. Construction of new rear single storey flat roof extension, new single storey cantilever roof and new decking area, existing rear single story shed to be demolished. Energy retrofit to existing dwelling, including external insulation wrap to existing external walls, replacement of windows, doors & installation of solar panels to existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling and associated site works.

Permission is sought for development consisting of 1) subdivision of the existing site by a new 0.9m high fence to the front garden, and a new 2.1m high garden fence to the rear garden to create a new site for a house. 2) New gates to the existing ope between piers, to provide a new vehicle entrance to the new site from Quinn's Road and 2No. car parking spaces to the front of the house. 3) new three-storey (including inhabited attic space) dwelling house, with dormer to front, and 3 no. rooflights to rear 4) New foul water drainage connection to the existing public drain, and new surface water soakaway, along with all water, drainage, services, civil and landscaping works associated with the new house

Permission is sought for development consisting of 1) demolition of existing entrance Porch, 2) New gates to the ope between existing piers, 3) new single-storey extension to front of the existing two storey house, to provide a larger kitchen and dining area, and covered entrance space, 4) minor alterations to internal layouts and general refurbishment works throughout, and 5) energy retrofit to existing, including external insulation wrap to existing external walls, replacement of windows and external doors, new air to water heat pump and all associated mechanical and electrical systems along with all water, drainage services, civil and landscaping works associated with the upgrades.
