Permission for Retention of the omission of two number roof lights to the rear

We intend to apply for planning permission for extension and alteraton to existing roof profile to allow for a new attic room and with a new dormer window to front and rear, increase in height of existing chimney to side, new velux rooflight to side, replacement of existing lean-to roof at ground floor level to front with new flat roof, modifications to existing windows to front, removal of existing sunroom to rear to provide a new 33m2 single storey extension to rear together with interior alterations to the existing house.

The development consists of retention of alterations to the floor area, roof configuration and elevations of the ground floor rear extension.

Permission is sought for extensions

Dwelling comprised of removal of existing single storey conservatory to side and rear; re-building of single storey conservatory to side and rear, including single story extension to side and rear, and elevation changes: and all anillary works; at 8 Pear Tree Field, Blackrock, Co. Dublin.

Retention Planning permission and planning permission is sought: 1) Retention planning permission is sought for the use of 75 Ardagh Park as a single dwelling (as it has been since the 1990s). 2) Planning permission is sought for demolition of existing single storey entrance porch and construction of a new single storey entrance porch; 3) Planning permission is sought for relocation and alteration of the vehicular access and associated works.
