Permission is sought for development at this site consisting of (1) A new single storey garage with hipped roof and 2 No. roof lights, with a lower flat roofed WC structure, located in the driveway to the front of the existing house, (2) Increase in height to 2.0m, of the existing 1.2m high curved boundary wall along roadway to Montpelier Manor. (3) Associated drainage works.

Retention Permission is sought for alterations to a previously approved scheme, Planning Register Reference: D15A/0689. The alterations consist if (1) Internal alterations to the room layouts at ground and first floor level, along with reversion to a single family dwelling, from a single family dwelling with separate Granny Flat.
