The development will consist of: a) Demolition of roof dormer, single storey extension to the front, single storey extension to the side, terraced railings and concrete stairs down to lower rear garden, closing up of a window opening at front elevation; b) Construction of single storey ground level side extension with sedum roof over existing lower garden floor level with balcony at the rear, stairs to lower garden level, detached garden structure at lower level in the garden; c) Alterations to existing elevational openings/fenestrations to the front and rear elevations; d) Provision of altered patios and hardstanding areas, and; e) Associated works to the above developments.

The development will consist of amendments to previously granted permission number D22A/1033, as follows - Modification to the roof profile of the existing conservatory to the rear at first floor level.

Amendments to previously granted permission D21/0993 as follows: Conversion of adjoining storerooms to the front at ground and first floor levels to habitable accomodation- Minor modifications to internal layouts and facades, all associated ancillary, landscaping and site development works.
