Extension to southwest side of of existing ground floor rear extension measuring 6sqm, conversion of 13 sqm of existing garage into habitable part of the house, first floor extension to south west side of existing house over proposed converted garage measuring 20 sqm, extension of pitched roof, modifications to existing porch including new zinc roof and all associated internal and external modifications.
