Retention permission for the following alterations to the previously approved

Ground floor flat roof front extension with three rooflights. Ground floor flat roof extension to the rear. Garage conversion. First-floor and attic-level side extension, retaining the full gable roof profile. Attic conversion with two rear dormers, one front dormer, and two frontfacing Velux windows. Demolition of the rear shed. Widening of front vehicular access.

RETENTION of historical first floor extension to gable -end and the widening of existing vehicular entrance gate to the front boundary, together with PERMISSION for the proposed alterations and additions to an existing 2-storey semi-detached dwelling. The proposed works comprise the conversion of the existing garage with new window to front elevation and alterations to existing window openings at ground floor level incorporating a new entrance feature, a new single storey extension to the rear at ground floor level, together with the conversion of the existing attic space with velux rooflights to the front and rear elevations, and all associated ancillary works.

Conversion of attic to storage including changing existing hipped end roof to a gable end roof, a dormer window to the rear and a window to the new side gable wall, all at roof level.

Permission for development. The proposed development will consist of a) Single storey flat roof extension to the rear with rooflight, b) New bay window and porch canopy to the front with a lean to roof, c) Alterations to the front elevation, d) Existing single storey flat roofs to be raised e) External insulation to the side gable wall and all associated site works.
