Permission for development. The development will consist of alterations

Domestic extension and works to existing detached dwelling comprised of: Removal of existing single storey conservatory to rear, new single storey extension to the side, front and rear, a two storey extension to the side, extension of existing attic store, including new dormer structure to the rear, elevation changes, new rooflights to front, side and rear, modifications to existing house, widening of existing entrance gateway and all ancillary works.

Widening the entrance and driveway from 2.5m to 3m, proposed steps & ramp to front entrance and for alterations to the existing two storey dwelling to include: proposed attic conversion, changes to the roof shape and extension of roof with new gable end, proposed new dormer window to the rear, proposed first floor extension to the front, proposed internal layout alterations, proposed alterations to existing windows and doors, proposed new windows & roof light, proposed extended chimney, proposed demolition of existing chimney, proposed canopy at entrance area, proposed solar PV panels, proposed new soakpit to BRE Digest 365, and all ancillary site and other works.

For an attic conversion. The development will consist of the partial removal of the existing rear roof. We intend to convert the attic and add a flat roof dormer to the rear roof.

Permission for development at this site. The development will consist of 1. Subdivision of the existing site for the provision of a new two storey 4-bedroom dwelling, to be located to the side garden of the existing dwelling 2. Proposed vehicular access to serve the new dwelling exiting onto the junction between Pine Valley drive and Pine Valley Grove. 3. Proposed new boundary treatments to front and side gardens, dividing the existing and proposed dwellings. 4. All structural, drainage, service connections and associated site works to be implemented
