Planning Permission is sought for extension and alterations to an existing two storey with converted attic 3-bedroom dwelling and single storey standalone office / gym. The extension and alterations to include construction a single storey extension to the side of the dwelling to accommodate alterations to an existing bedroom, a dormer extension at roof level to the rear of the house to accommodate an additional bedroom at roof level, the remodelling of the existing single storey gym/home office to the side of the house to accommodate the extension together with all associated site works all giving a 4-bedroom dwelling with a standalone office / gym.

Permission to increase the ridge height of split level bungalow to match existing dormer roof level. The works will include the addition of a new dormer window to the front roof elevation, it is also proposed that two of the ground level windows be realigned to match existing front wall of the bungalow. To the rear, a new opening at roof level to accommodate a railed balcony. On the East Gable provision made for a new window at first floor level.
