Permission for development. The development will consist of: construction of a new single storey extension to the rear, conversion of the attic to habitable accommodation construction, construction of a new dormer to the rear, modifications to facades and internal layout and all associated ancillary, landscaping and site development works.

The proposed development will consist of: • Alterations to existing single storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling to extend and create additional floor area • Alterations to existing single storey side extension including new pitched roof element to front elevation • Construction of new dormer element to rear roofslope, alterations to main roof to include part hipped roof element and associated conversion of the attic into habitable space, • Two new velux rooflights to front roofslope, new velux rooflight to side roofslope and replacing window with the door to the front elevation, • Demolition of existing chimney, shed to rear of the dwelling, all associated alterations and demolitions, internal alterations, site, drainage, landscaping and ancillary works.

Alterations and additions to previously granted permission Reg Ref: D22B/0498 to include a single storey extension to front with hipped roof profile in lieu of the existing bay window arrangements and alterations to the existing front door porch elevation.

Permission is sought for a single storey flat roof extension to rear and provision of a high level rooflight to the existing front roof.
