Planning Permission sough for works consisting of; (A) A rear and side ground floor extension together with integral veranda and interconnected garden room to rear; (B) Incorporation and alteration of existing garage space as habitable internal space together with construction of new porch entrance to front elevation; (C) First floor flat roof extension works to rear and side to consist of enlarged bedrooms together with front first floor bedroom extension above existing garage space; (D) Roof alterations are proposed to convert the existing hipped arrangement to a traditional gable which extends to incorporate the new bedroom above existing garage; (E) Attic conversion with rear facing dormer in addition to new proposed Velux style roof lights to front and rear slope of existing roof sections; (F) All necessary internal alterations, layout modifications and external site works as indicated on the drawings.

Permission for the demolition of existing two storey detached house

Permission is sought for (1) the permanent retention of the as built variations to the single storey family room and kitchen extension built on foot of D06B/0750 to the rear of the house and (2) permission for the widening of the existing vehicular access to the front boundary from 2.90m to 3.50m.
