The development will consist of the demolition of: a single storey, flat roof extension to the rear (North West) elevation (17 m2), a bay window (2m2) to the front (South East) elevation. The proposed works consist of internal alterations to the existing semi-detached two storey (137m2) dwelling, the construction of a flat roof dormer to the rear (North West) elevation, single storey flat roof extension (58m2) to the rear (North West) elevation to facilitate an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, two storey flat roof extension (24m2) to the front (South East) elevation, a new entrance porch, construction of a single storey (32 m2) garden office room to the rear( North East) of the site and all associated works above and below ground.
