The development will consist of: demolition of the existing single storey kitchen extension to the rear of the property and construction of a revised open plan kitchen/living area (24.7 m2), alterations to the existing hip-end roof to a gable/ ‘A’ frame end, with 3no. Velux or similar rooflights to the rear, for inclusion of a playroom and shower room at attic level, alterations to the front elevation including replacement of the existing garage door with new aluclad window and increase in height to the garage parapet level to match that of the rear extension, both to facilitate the conversion of the garage to a single bedroom, in replacement of same removed at first floor level, and associated site works.

Demolition of the existing single storey kitchen extension and garden shed to rear of the property and construction of new single storey open plan kitchen. The Construction of an additional storey to the side of the dwelling above the converted garage with parapet up to current eves level.
