Other works include removal of existing central chimney breast in cottage and resulting internal replanning at ground and first floor, drainage, landscaping, new mild steel gates to replace existing and associated site works.

Permission is sought for the construction of single storey domestic extension (36.6sqm) to the rear of existing dwelling. Works will also include new dormer window to the rear roof and all associated site works
