The development consists of: 1) Demolition of existing flat roof side extensions and rear glazed conservatory. 2) Construction of a new single storey flat roof rear extension with rooflights. 3) Internal alterations, refurbishment and repositioning of partitions. 4) External elevational alterations to the side and rear and front. 5) New 'Velux' rooflights on the rear pitched roof. 6) General site works including landscaping, drainage and associated site works.

3 Dwellings

The development will consist of demolition of single-storey extension to the rear and roof of existing detached dormer bungalow and the subsequent construction of a part single and part two-storey extension to the rear, replacement roof with increased ridge level incorporating a new layout to the existing first floor level, modifications of existing windows and doors, addition of new dormer windows to the front, widening of the existing vehicular entrance, a new pedestrian entrance gate and all associated site works.
