Retention of various development works (excluding Exempted Development works) to the house completed between 1994 and 2020 comprising (a) construction of 2no. first floor extensions to the rear, (b) alterations to the front elevation including the addition of 2no. new canopy roofs and the replacement of the (converted) garage door with a window, (c) addition of an external wall insulation system.

Permission is sought for the conversion of the existing garage to a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite. The works include the removal of the existing garage door and replacement with a new window, making good around the new ope, the opening of a new window to the end gable wall of the garage and the construction of a new floor in the garage at the level of the existing floor of the house and a new door ope from the bedroom to the new en-suite, a new foul water connection from the new en-suite to the existing foul drain to the rear of the house and new soil vent pipe.

Permission for retention is sought for the garden shed located to the rear and side of the house and Full Planning Permission is sought to erect an automatically controlled electric sliding access gate to the front of the house in accordance with the drawings submitted, located at 7 the Thicket, Hainault Road, Foxrock, Dublin D18H9F2.
