Permission for new dormer to front, enlarging existing rear dormer, new

The development will consist of proposed 1) Proposed new single story garage 2) Removal of existing Pedestrian entrance to be replaced with a proposed vehicle entrance on Louvain Road. 3) Removal of existing vehicle entrance to be replaced with a proposed pedestrian entrance on Salzburg Road, including all associated site works.

1) Demolition of the existing roof structure. 2) Partial Demolition of the existing first floor gable to the south facing elevation, including demolition of the two existing chimneys. 3) Proposed new two storey extension including new proposed new flat roof over demolished gable to the south facing elevation with proposed new chimney. 4) Proposed new two storey gable roof extension to the north facing elevation, relocating of the main entrance. 5) Proposed new roof structure including raising the ridge height to accomodate habitable rooms on first floor. 6) Proposed dormer window to the north facing elevation including roof lights to North/South facing elevations. 7) Proposed covered terrace area to south elevation. 8) Proposed internal alterations & amendments to all elevations. 9) Removal of one of two existing vehicle entrances, including all associated site works.

1) Demolish dormer windows to front. Demolish single storey extension to rear. 2) Construct new single storey extension to rear including basement level wine celler. Construct single storey car port to side. Construct new dormer window to front. Construct new dormer windows to rear roof. 3) Block -up existing front door and replace with window. Lengthen existing windows to front (at sides of former front door). Create new front door position to front. Alter window to side. Construct new rooflight to side. Internal alterations to facilitate the above.

The demolition of a single storey canopy and planter to the front of the existing house and construction of a single storey canopy to the front side of the existing house, internal alterations, new roof finishes, new windows, new electric vehicular gate and associated site works.

Proposed domestic single storey extensions to front, side and rear, alterations to roof profile, with increase in height to accommodate habitable living spaces full refurbishment, dormers to rear & front windows to side & thermal upgrade.
