Permission to retain a residential garage coversion

The demolition of the existing garage and construction of a two storey extension to the side and rear to accommodate the relocation of the front entrance and the construction of two single storey extensions to the rear of the property. The widening of the entrance by three quarters of a metre.

Permission for reconfiguring the layout of the ground and first floor plans with the provision of new dormer roofs, and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.

A) Extension of the existing roof to form new dormer style window extensions to front and rear roof slope to match existing dormers, and No. 1 ventilated roof light to the front roof slope; b) Kitchen/living area extension at rear and conversion of the garage to a family room with double glazed window to front, and all ancillary works.
