The development will consist of; 1) the demolition of existing single storey side and rear extensions along with the demolition of an existing chimney breast; 2) the provision of a two storey side and rear extension with a hip roof and a partial single storey extension to the rear of the property; 3) the provision of 2.no rooflights to the rear roof; 4) the widening of existing vehicular entrance to 3.5m wide and all associated site works.
