Planning permission for the demolition of an existing single storey glass conservatory and the construction of a new single storey extension to the rear of our dwelling house. Permission is also sought the construction of a side extension over the existing garage including the removal of a gable chimney and all other associated site works.

Demolition of existing carport at the front, addition of ground floor flat roof extension at the front elevation with 1 no. rooflight, addition of window at front elevation at first floor level and alterations to existing vehicular entrance and all associated works.

Demolition of the existing garage and construction of a new single storey extension to the side and rear of the existing house, provision of new side door, and associated site works and services.
