Permission fro a four room extension

Permission for a revised car park arrangement, new vehicular, cycle and pedestrian entrances, landscaping works, and all ancillary development on this site of 0.6 ha at St. Kilian’s Deutsche Schule campus. The proposed development comprises: the decommissioning of the existing car park comprising 35 no. car parking spaces on the northern part of the campus, and the development of a new car park on the southern part of the campus comprising 31 no. car parking spaces, consisting of 10 no. EV charging spaces, 3 no. accessible spaces, 18 no. standard car parking spaces, and a set down area for buses and cars; 60 no. Sheffield Stands with a total capacity for 120 no. bicycles; a segregated cycling and pedestrian entrance and path from Roebuck Road on the western side of the site and a relocated warden crossing point marked on Roebuck Road; modification of the existing vehicular and pedestrian gate on Roebuck Road (entry only) including modifications to the existing boundary wall and the addition of new signage elements; the provision of a new vehicular and pedestrian gate onto Roebuck Road to the east (exit only) with a relocated clear zone marked on Roebuck Road; and, all associated development and works.

Permission for development. The development will consist of: First-floor side extension. Attic conversion for storage with dormer window to the rear. Three Velux windows to the side. Widening of front access to allow better vehicular access.

Demolition of the existing front porch, side extension & garage; the removal of the existing hip roof at the side and its replacement with a gable roof; Construction of a single storey extension to the front and single storey extension to the rear and a double storey extension to the side; one dormer extension at the rear & an attic conversion; new rooflights to the front; the widening the existing vehicular access, internal alterations and all associated site works.

Development on a site at University College Dublin, Belfield, Dublin 4. The application site comprises of lands known as the Little Sisters Car Park, located to the south-west of Belgrove Student Residences. The development will consist of the permanent, continued use of the established car park, comprising 224 no. existing car parking spaces, originally permitted under D20A/0328 (and limited to a three-year duration under Condition 3). No new works are proposed as part of this application.
